Coverage Under Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

• Comprehensive AMC agreement covers all spare parts & all services for a period of one year for fixed yearly charges.
• An AMC ensures quick on-site response by a kandisa Engineering engineer, guided through responsive software driven communication handling system.
• Our Site Engineers not only fix the equipment, they also perform predictive fault analysis, if required, to minimize failures in future.
• All the software & hardware support is included in the AMC, ensuring zero hidden cost.
• AMC options other than comprehensive AMC are also available as per customer convenience.
